Nutrition

Meals are prepared fresh daily by a dedicated in-house cook, providing three well-balanced meals each day. Each meal is designed to support overall health by incorporating a balance of lean proteins, whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. This approach ensures consistent nutritional intake, helping to maintain energy levels and support physical wellness.

Comfortable Suites

Our comfortable suites are thoughtfully designed to provide a welcoming, hotel style environment. Each room accommodates two to three residents and features a private bathroom and shower, offering both comfort and personal space. 

adventure

Located near Cave Run Lake and surrounding hiking trails, the setting provides access to a variety of outdoor activities. Individuals in treatment have opportunities to participate in hiking, spend time at the lake, and engage in outdoor adventure. These activities support physical activity and encourage mindfulness.

Animal-aSSISTED sUPPORT

An on-site dog, Annie, provides consistent emotional support as part of the daily environment. Interaction with animals has been shown to help reduce stress, promote a sense of calm, and support overall emotional well-being. Annie’s presence offers comfort, companionship, and a positive connection throughout the day.
